These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of lanorogroup.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by Lanoro Group (“Lanoro”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Lanoro Group is
Lanoro Group builds, runs, and optimizes the Airbnb channel for serviced apartments, aparthotels, hotels, and resorts. We are not a serviced apartment or hotel operator, travel agency, or property manager. We do not handle on-site operations of any property. Our role is limited to:
- Assessing Airbnb demand and revenue potential for hospitality properties.
- Building and managing Airbnb listings for client properties.
- Managing pricing, guest messaging, ranking, and reporting on the Airbnb channel, within limits agreed with the client.
The specific scope, commission, and terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between Lanoro Group and the client. These Terms govern the Site only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use this Site or submit any request.
3. Submissions
When you request an Airbnb revenue review, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you have the right to provide it, and that you authorize us to use it for assessment purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting the form does not create any engagement or obligation on either side.
4. No guaranteed results
Any references on this Site to potential earnings, occupancy, or performance are illustrative only. Actual results depend on the property, the market, seasonality, pricing, regulations, and platform conditions outside our control. Lanoro Group does not guarantee any specific income, occupancy, ranking, or return. Nothing on this Site constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
5. Regulatory compliance
Accommodation rules vary by country, city, and property type. Licensed hotels can generally take nightly bookings on Airbnb compliantly — in Thailand, for example, the Hotel Act's 30-day minimum-stay restriction applying to most condominiums does not apply to licensed hotels. We structure setups with compliance in mind, but final responsibility for licences, permits, and local taxes lies with the property.
6. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, logo, and graphics, is owned by Lanoro Group or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Listing images shown on the Site are loaded from third-party sources (Airbnb listings) and remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link out to third-party platforms (notably Airbnb). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those platforms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lanoro Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount of fees you have paid us, if any.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
